CONGRATULATIONS!
Family Word Ministry Church
On January 24, 2010 Family Word Ministry (FWM) Church, New Orleans, Louisiana will celebrate the installation of its first pastor, the Reverend Dr. Issac Perkins.
Reverend Dr. Issac Perkins is a preacher, physician (board certified in internal medicine and in preventive medicine), and professor of public health (in epidemiology). Reverend Perkins was baptised at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Greenwood, Mississippi. He was called into ministry on February 23, 1997 and was ordianed at First African Baptist Church, New Orleans, LA under the leadership of the late E. Darnell Jones. He obtained his master degree in ministry at Loyola Institute of Ministry, New Orleans, Louisiana; trained in pastoral counseling through MacFarland Institute of Ministry, New Orleans, Louisiana; and completed an additional year of study at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans, Louisiana. In October 2009 he became the founder and first preacher of Family Word Ministry Church, Inc.
The installation service will be conducted by the Reverend S.C. Perkins, Jr., pastor of Mitchell Springs M.B. Church, Greenwood, Mississippi. Let us give a special congratulations to Family Word Ministry and its first pastor, Reverend Dr. Issac Perkins.
New Testament Baptist Church
